Visiting Faculty / Senior Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

• Support initiatives aimed at building inclusive teaching practices. Collaborate with faculty and industry experts on teaching/ lecture and lab content creation.
• Helping students (with speech and hearing disability) in understanding the content and concepts discussed by faculty and there by clarification of doubts.
• Conducting and explaining lab experiments to the students. Helping the students to perform the lab experiments.

Qualification and Personal Profile

• Masters’ degree – ECE/EEE/CSE/IT/Mech or related field. (Senior Instructor)
• Ph.D. in the relevant field. (Visiting Faculty)
• Prior experience in special education would be preferred.

Other Skill and Ability Requirements

• A strong foundational understanding of core subjects within the respective domain of specialization, with preference given to interdisciplinary knowledge.
• Electrical Circuits, Electrical Machines, Power Systems, Power Electronics, Control Systems, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Industrial Automation, Communication Systems, IoT, Renewable Energy, and EV Technologies.
• Demonstrated technical writing skills for effective documentation and communication.
• Knowledge of Indian Sign Language (ISL) will be considered an added advantage.
