We are an education consulting business. We are currently hiring experienced English teachers who have taught within a formal curriculum or structured teaching program.

This is NOT a full-time position. This is a part-time role, and you will be paid per session as an independent contractor.

Description:

We’re hiring 2–3 experienced English teachers to work with kids in 1-on-1 online English sessions. This role is best suited for teachers who are familiar with curriculum-based instruction, lesson objectives, and structured skill progression.

Pay:

CAD $10 per 30-minute session

(Higher consistency and long-term scheduling available for strong performers)

Who we’re looking for:

⚡️ Native English speakers (minimal accent preferred)

⚡️ Experienced teachers with curriculum-based teaching background

⚡️ Familiar with structured ESL / EFL programs (school, academy, or licensed curricula)

⚡️ Comfortable following lesson objectives and adjusting pacing based on student level

⚡️ Strong classroom management and communication skills

⚡️ Patient, professional, and reliable

!!️ Availability!!️ : Most of our classes happen from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Beijing Standard Time (BJT). If you are available during those hours, you will get priority! If not, that’s okay—we’ll do our best to find students for you.

Job responsibilities:

Deliver structured 1-on-1 English lessons based on curriculum goals

Teach vocabulary, speaking, listening, and foundational language skills

Adjust lessons to match student progress while maintaining consistency

Track student performance and learning progress

Keep sessions engaging while meeting learning outcomes
