About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, performance-driven Video Editor to join our team full-time and remotely. This role is open to offshore editors who can work closely with an Australian-based team and produce content that meets Australian market standards.

This is not an ordinary editing role. You must be able to consistently hit KPIs, follow creative briefs, and push beyond them to deliver standout, high-quality content.

Content You’ll Work On

• Social media reels & short-form content
• Talking head videos
• Creative story-driven reels
• Interviews & branded content
• Creative advertisements
• Photo edits aligned with social media aesthetics
• Trend-led and experimental content

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver video and photo edits that meet and exceed defined KPIs (turnaround time, quality benchmarks, engagement performance, and client satisfaction)
• Edit content according to client social media profiles, Australian brand standards, and creative briefs
• Apply Australian spelling, terminology, and content expectations across all deliverables
• Elevate edits beyond the brief by adding creative value
• Maintain consistent quality and output across multiple clients
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Adapt quickly to feedback, platforms, styles, and trends
• Collaborate remotely with the team and other businesses within the corporation
• Contribute ideas to improve creative workflows and content systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally across time zones
• Receive feedback constructively and demonstrate a strong growth mindset

Australian Market Requirements (Very Important)

• Strong understanding of Australian spelling and language conventions
• Familiarity with Australian content styles, pacing, and audience expectations
• Previous experience working with Australian companies or clients is highly preferred
• Ability to follow Australian brand guidelines accurately
