The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development to provide visionary leadership and strategic oversight for growth initiatives, partnerships, and business development activities within its Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market expansion, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring that strategic initiatives align with the hospital's long-term goals. This role demands a collaborative leader who can balance clinical, operational, and financial objectives while fostering sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of the hospital's long-term strategic plan, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with the executive team to establish organizational priorities. The VP-SPBD will also be involved in identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships, leading initiatives to expand service lines, and monitoring business development activities to ensure alignment with financial and operational goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development position at the company should hold a Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA or MHA preferred.
A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in healthcare strategic planning, business development, or related leadership roles is required, with a proven track record in developing and executing strategic initiatives, partnerships, or acquisitions in a hospital or post-acute care setting.
