The Company is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. This key role involves providing high-level coordination, communication, and administrative support to ensure the effective leadership of the academic enterprise. Responsibilities include executive leadership support, executive communication and relationship management, academic affairs coordination, executive office coordination, and confidential executive administration. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Director of Operations to execute operational processes, coordinate executive activities, and serve as a vital link between the Provost's Office and both internal and external stakeholders. Applicants for the Executive Assistant position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in supporting executive or senior leadership.
The role requires superior organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and enterprise administrative tools is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing executive-level support in higher education, experience within a multi-campus organization, and familiarity with academic administration.
