About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of People & Culture to join its Executive Leadership Team. This strategic, people-first leader will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organization by building an exceptional employee experience that aligns with the mission of providing life-sustaining services to the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of a human-centered culture, developing a comprehensive workforce plan, and serving as a trusted advisor on people-related strategy.

They will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations, with a focus on fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace. Candidates for the Vice President of People & Culture role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of progressive leadership experience in HR, people operations, or organizational development, preferably within a social or human service organization. The role requires a leader with a strong background in employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices, who can effectively manage all aspects of the HR function, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted and empathetic leader, capable of relating to a diverse workforce and committed to the values and mission of the organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's/Advanced degree and/or technical certifications desired.
