This leader owns the entire franchise development lifecycle, builds a predictable pipeline, and consistently delivers 3–4 new franchise awards per month. The company is growing rapidly and is on track to reach 5–10 franchise sales per month as the system scales.
The role requires strong leadership, disciplined execution, and clear communication. Compensation Base salary $7,500/month paired with generous monthly and annual performance bonuses. Bonus potential up to $100,000 per year, based on individual and company franchise sales performance.
Core Responsibilities Leadership & Accountability Lead and develop the Franchise Development Manager and Franchise Relationship Manager. Work directly with the Chief Development Officer to execute the company’s growth strategy. Set weekly priorities, KPIs, and performance rhythms for the department.
Franchise Sales Execution Own and optimize the full 5-step franchise development process from inquiry to award. Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and drive direct outreach: calls, texts, emails, and closing conversations. Ensure every touchpoint reflects company values and supports high conversion.
Operational Performance Improve conversion rates through process refinement, systems optimization, and consistent follow‑up. Track and analyze KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasts to support executive decision‑making. Hit monthly and annual franchise growth targets with consistency.
Deliver 3–4 franchise awards per month, scaling alongside company growth. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Coordinate with marketing to align lead volume and quality. Partner with onboarding and operations to ensure smooth franchisee handoff.
Qualifications 5+ years in franchise development or franchise sales. Proven track record of franchise system expansion and territory growth. Demonstrated leadership experience managing high‑performance teams.
