Vice President of Development

Overview A leading hospitality investment and development firm is seeking an experienced Vice President of Development to lead the planning and execution of high-end hotel and residential projects across the Caribbean and the U.S. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury hospitality construction, renovations, and project management, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale developments on time and within budget. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 15 years of experience in upscale or luxury hospitality construction and renovations. Proven success managing complex development projects from concept to completion. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiation, and consultant management. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management software. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Based in Puerto Rico or Miami (must be able to travel 3–4 weeks per month if Miami-based).
