Vice President of Data Engineering and Analytics About the Company Fast-growing iGaming company Industry Gambling & Casinos Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Data Engineering and Analytics to lead its data function in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end data strategy, with a strong focus on real-time insights and player analytics. This role is pivotal in influencing growth, player retention, fraud prevention, and revenue strategy. The ideal candidate will have a background in iGaming, gaming, fintech, or high-volume consumer platforms, and a deep understanding of key performance indicators such as LTV, CAC, retention, and churn. Experience with modern data technologies and a hands-on approach to SQL and Python are essential. As the VP of Data Engineering and Analytics, you will be at the forefront of building and scaling data pipelines and data warehouses, and will be expected to have a strong background in cloud environments.
