AI Engineer

Responsibilities This role involves designing, developing, and deploying solutions for engineering and business workflows. The position focuses on building and maintaining data pipelines and feature engineering processes. It also includes designing and implementing generative AI solutions and AI agents. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver production‑ready AI solutions. Required Qualifications and Skills The role requires approximately 2-5 years of professional experience in AI, data science, machine learning, and/or data engineering. Candidates must have experience developing AI, machine learning, and data science solutions for production use cases. Strong data engineering skills, including ETL/ELT and handling structured and unstructured data, are essential. Proficiency in Python and SQL is required, along with hands‑on experience with Databricks and MLflow. Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and Microsoft Azure data and AI services is also necessary.

Familiarity with machine learning models, LLMs, RAG architectures, and building or integrating AI agents or Copilot‑based solutions is expected. Experience working with OpenAI or other generative AI models is a requirement.
