About Opportunity

Purple Drive Technologies is looking for an experienced India business and delivery leader to oversee our consulting and staffing operations across India.

This executive leadership role will own client relationships, delivery, operations, team performance, business growth, and organizational execution while working closely with the CEO and global leadership team.

What You’ll Own

• Overall India consulting and staffing business
• Key client relationships and executive stakeholder management
• End-to-end consulting and staffing delivery
• India recruiting, delivery, and operations organization
• Revenue, margin, forecasting, and business performance
• Client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
• Delivery quality, productivity, and fulfillment
• Leadership and development of the India organization
• Hiring, performance management, KPIs, and organizational planning
• Operational processes, scalability, and continuous improvement
• Collaboration with Finance, HR, Compliance, Recruiting, and Operations
• Support for US business requirements through India-based delivery capabilities
• Cross-region coordination between US clients and India delivery teams
• Strategic planning and execution with the CEO and leadership team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in IT consulting, staffing, professional services, or technology services
• Strong experience managing consulting/staffing delivery organizations
• Demonstrated client relationship and account-management capabilities
• Experience managing large teams and cross-functional operations
• Strong understanding of recruiting, staffing, and consulting delivery
• Revenue, margin, and business-performance orientation
• Strong operational and process-management skills
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Strong people leadership and organizational-development skills
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining strong execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
