This role demands a leader with a profound sense of hospitality, robust business acumen, and a proven track record in both early-stage development and sustained, scalable growth.

The VP will be responsible for setting and achieving enterprise-wide goals, driving financial excellence, and ensuring the delivery of contemporary, memorable, and differentiated experiences. They will also be tasked with leading the hospitality teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and service, and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain the company's position as a leader in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Candidates for the Vice President, Hospitality position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive hospitality leadership experience, including oversight of VIP programs, luxury guest experiences, or high-end club operations.

A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is required, along with an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences, strong leadership and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The role involves working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, and external partners, and requires the ability to manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure strong financial performance. Impeccable integrity, discretion, and judgment are essential, as is the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by event programming.
