Vice President

A leading global alternative asset manager is seeking a Mid / Senior Investment Professional. The firm focuses on structured solutions across private markets, investing across primaries, secondaries, co-investments, and GP financings. Secondaries experience preferred.

The Role

This individual will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments, while helping deepen relationships and support broader platform growth. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and involvement across the full deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and evaluate investment opportunities across GP and LP led secondaries
• Oversee financial analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring
• Drive execution processes, working closely with internal stakeholders (legal, tax, operations)
• Prepare investment materials and present to internal committees
• Support relationship development and sourcing initiatives
• Monitor portfolio performance and key investment metrics
• Contribute to broader coverage strategy and platform development
