We're looking for an experienced Verification Team Lead to join an innovative semiconductor company developing cutting-edge SoCs.

If you're passionate about leading high-performing verification teams and have deep expertise in SoC verification, UVM, and Low Power verification, we'd love to hear from you.

Location

• 100% Remote within Spain
• Applicants must be current residents of Spain

Your Role

As Verification Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of Verification Engineers.
• Drive verification strategy and execution for complex SoC designs.
• Define verification plans and ensure high-quality verification closure.
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, Design, Firmware, and Validation teams.
• Review verification environments, methodologies, and coverage metrics.
• Support technical decision-making while fostering team growth.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading verification teams.
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Extensive experience with SoC Verification.
• Solid understanding of Low Power verification (UPF/CPF or equivalent).
• Experience with industry-standard simulators and verification methodologies.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
