Upstream Drilling & Completions Data Analyst (Spring)

We put the unity in opport unity Opportunity Snapshot: Compensation: $70.00/hour Work Location: Spring, TX Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+ Assignment Duration: Long term, 12 months + Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401K, PTO and Holidays Qualifications: Expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder Proficiency in Power BI and/or Spotfire for building dashboards, reports and visualizations Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating datasets Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide clear, actionable insights Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface both engineering and operations stakeholders Experience with Databricks and working knowledge of Python a plus Experience with Upstream Drilling & Completions datasets a plus Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power Bi and Spotfire to support operational and performance insights Import, cleanse, validate, and transform datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency Analyze trends, correlations, and performance drivers to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives Present data in charts, graphs, or tables using visualization tools.
