Our client is seeking a Business Data Analyst with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365. This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to downtown Chicago. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal sources Build recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards Conduct basic trend analysis and identify data quality issues Support metric tracking, operational reporting, and documentation Create reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Use Teams and SharePoint for collaboration and version control Assist with reporting tied to Azure DevOps (ADO) work items Support process documentation, data definitions, and audit‑ready materials QUALIFICATIONS: Microsoft 365: Excel (formulas, pivots; Power Query a plus) Exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO) Bonus: Access, Power Query, or basic data modeling experience Pay rate: 65-70/hr W2
