Overview

As University Recruiter at Veeva, you drive early-career talent growth for the Consultant Development Program across the UK, Germany, and Spain. You will build relationships with European institutions and lead top-of-funnel sourcing to fuel our growth. You’ll manage a high-touch pre-boarding experience and cultivate a strong campus and referral network.

This role sits at the intersection of talent, culture, and business impact, helping Veeva scale while upholding our values of speed and employee success.

• Proactive sourcing & outreach to identify top early-career talent across Western Europe in partnership with Talent Marketing
• Assess and align candidate applications regionally to ensure fit
• Plan and execute university career events, fairs, and campus sessions
• Build and nurture a long-term referral pipeline across employee networks and student organizations
• Drive high-touch pre-boarding and candidate engagement, including cohort networking and start-date readiness
• Continuously evaluate sourcing channels, iterate digital campaigns, and optimize hiring processes

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience focused on early-career or university recruiting across European markets
• Location: based and work-authorized in the European Union
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Execution mindset with speed, accuracy, and operational excellence
• Clear, concise, and humble communication with strong stakeholder management
• Experienced with candidate assessment tools, metrics tracking, and structured weekly pipeline stand-ups
