FISNI Virtual Finance is a pioneering provider of virtual Finance & Insurance (F&I) solutions for auto dealerships, focused on streamlining and modernizing the F&I process.

Using a proprietary virtual F&I platform, FISNI enables customers to complete transactions and electronically sign documents from any location, improving convenience and customer satisfaction.

FISNI also helps dealerships overcome staffing challenges by ensuring qualified F&I professionals are consistently available, reducing the burden of onboarding, training, and compliance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, ON-SITE position based in Medellín, Colombia. (This is not a remote role.)

The Underwriter will:

• Create contracts and related documentation.
• Collaborate closely with F&I managers and dealerships.
• Communicate with customers and managers by phone. (This role requires a B2 level of English proficiency.)
• Help identify opportunities to improve underwriting processes.
• Contribute to a high-quality customer and dealership experience.
• Track and manage deals throughout the process.
• Remain attentive to messages and respond promptly to managers and dealerships.

Office Schedule

We operate on Daylight Saving Time:

• From March to October: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• From November to February: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Employees work two different rotating 8-hour shifts.

Additional requirements

• Must be open to working overtime according to dealership schedules.
• Must be available to work on Colombian holidays.
• Operations run Monday through Saturday.
• Employees will have one fixed day off during the week between Tuesday and Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, including the ability to interpret credit reports, financial statements, and risk indicators.
• Experience in underwriting, credit analysis, or automotive finance, preferably within a dealership, bank, or lending environment.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and technology-driven processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Ability to work on-site in Medellín and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, improve continuously, and adapt to new processes.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and commitment to responsibilities.

Salary & Benefits

• COP $3,250,000 paid monthly.
• All legal benefits will be provided in accordance with Colombian labor law.
• Overtime hours and work performed on holidays will be compensated according to Colombian labor law.
