Role Description
The UI/UX Designer will join Colab Platforms in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, contributing to products across the company’s digital ecosystem. The designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, functional, and visually compelling user experiences across different product types and domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding product requirements, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs, and contributing to design systems and interaction patterns.
The role also involves working closely with developers and product teams to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff and implementation. In addition, the candidate is expected to bring practical experience in 3D modelling and design, along with the ability to apply product thinking beyond visual aesthetics to real-world digital experiences.
Qualification
- 2–3+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience
- Strong fundamentals in UI/UX design and product design
- Hands-on experience with 3D modelling and design
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant professional or personal projects
- Proficiency in Figma and relevant 3D design tools
- Good understanding of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers and product teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate requirements into functional and visually compelling designs
- Comfort working across different product types and domains
- Exposure to gaming, esports, or other high-engagement digital platforms is a plus
- Relevant professional work, personal projects, or portfolio platforms such as GitHub, Behance, or Dribbble will be considered during evaluation.
Company Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30 pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Budget: Upto 4 lpa
