Southern Star Windows & Doors is an Australian business specialising in the manufacture of quality timber and aluminium windows and doors.
About the Job
Based at our branch in Edinburgh Park, we seek an experienced Truck Driver with MR and/or HR Licence to deliver windows and doors throughout Adelaide and the surrounding areas. Experience with securing loads is important and the job also involves manual unloading of goods when on site.
The workday is from 6:00 am until 2:30 pm finish (finish time may vary due to traffic conditions, and overtime will be required.)
Heavy lifting and manual loading/unloading will be required so you will need to be physically fit.
About You
We are looking for applicants who have:
An MR and/or HR Licence. (Essential)
Physical fitness and are able to undertake heavy lifting and manual loading/unloading of up 40kgs.
Sound knowledge of Adelaide and surrounding areas.
Excellent reading, writing and spoken communication skills.
Friendly and able to work well in a team environment.
Hardworking and reliable.
A background in the building products industry will be advantageous.
