Job Description
Genus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Truck Driver / Operator to join our team on the Clean Energy Link North (CELN) Project. Based from our Neerabup site, you'll play a key role in supporting construction activities by safely transporting materials, operating a range of plant and lifting equipment, and assisting crews across the project.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent full-time position with a leading infrastructure contractor delivering one of Western Australia's largest energy projects.
About the role
- Safely transport materials, equipment and plant to and from project sites
- Operate a variety of equipment including vehicle loading cranes, forklifts and telehandlers
- Load, unload and secure materials in accordance with load restraint requirements
- Assist crews with setting up cable drums, transformers, switchgear and other electrical infrastructure
- Conduct daily pre-starts, inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain equipment to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with site crews while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality
About you
- HR Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence
- Vehicle Loading Crane (CV) Ticket
- Dogging (DG) Ticket
- Rigging (RB) Ticket
- Telehandler Ticket
- White Card
- Experience with load restraint
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
- Permanent Australian working rights
Desirable
- Experience in utilities, transmission, construction or civil infrastructure
- National Police Clearance
- Current Driver's Medical
- WA Fatigue Management Certificate
- First Aid & CPR
