Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Facilitate new loan proposals, including documentation, negotiations, and disbursement. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support decision-making. Provide expert advice on investments, capital structure, cost control, and profitability improvement. Guide on business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, or new projects. Prepare financial models, valuation reports, and cash flow analyses.

Advise on cost reduction opportunities and process improvements. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to align financial plans with business strategies.
