Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Corporate Finance Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities may include conducting detailed trend analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

Role Focus Lead reconciliations across GL, WIP, revenue, and cost structures Own budgeting and forecasting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast) and highlight key drivers Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and discrepancies Support month-end close and financial reporting Partner with Operations, Finance leadership, and IT to improve data integrity Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex financial data Expertise in Financial Planning and creating robust Financial Models Experience with analyzing and preparing Financial Statements Solid understanding of Finance principles and methodologies Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
