Assignment Details 13-week travel contract 36 hours per week Day shift Skilled Nursing Facility setting Immediate start available Compensation $57-$64/hour, based on experience Weekly pay options Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and create personalized treatment plans Provide physical therapy services to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patients Ensure accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and outcomes Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to enhance patient mobility and functional outcomes Qualifications Active California Physical Therapist license Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program Preferred experience in SNF or geriatric care Excellent communication and documentation skills Immediate availability required Why Choose this Opportunity?
