Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Inbound US Travel Sales Executive. The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers and converting inquiries into successful sales. This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication and sales skills.
Key Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English Experience in international voice-based sales (preferred for experienced candidates) Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment Willingness to work night shifts Passion for sales and achieving targets Compensation Structure: For Experienced Candidates: Salary up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and last drawn salary) For Freshers: Stipend of ₹10,000 per month during the initial 3-month training period Incentives: Unlimited monthly incentives Earning potential up to ₹6 Lakhs annually Perks and Benefits: Salary credited on the 1st of every month 24 Paid Leaves along with 15 Compensatory Offs Birthday Leave or double pay if working on the birthday Fast-track career growth opportunities Performance-based rewards and recognition
