About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager with strong experience in B2B sales of power solutions such as Industrial UPS, Switchgear, and Electrical Equipment . The candidate should have prior experience working with or handling products similar to those of Socomec.

Key Responsibilities Drive B2B sales for Industrial UPS, Switchgear, and Power Backup Solutions Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial & commercial segments Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, contractors, consultants, and end customers Handle tendering, techno-commercial discussions, and negotiations Work closely with internal technical teams for solution designing and proposals Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech / Diploma) 4–8 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales Strong knowledge of UPS systems, Switchgear, or Electrical Products Experience in companies dealing with power solutions / critical power equipment Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Preferred Background Experience with companies like power electronics, UPS, or electrical equipment manufacturers Exposure to industries such as Data Centers, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Healthcare Key Skills B2B Sales Key Account Management Technical Sales Tendering & Negotiation Channel / Dealer Management
