Pay Rate: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 gross per week Number of Positions: 1 Start Date: ASAP Assignment Length: 13 weeks Schedule: flexible days and hours ( 8 or 10 or shifts) EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Hospital experience required 2 years 1 year of residency CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BLS REQUIRMENTS Bachelor of Science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of Pharmacy PharmD preferred; 1-year residency 2 yrs exp/ Tech OPs Lead Five years professional experience with two years of management experience LICENSURE REQUIREMENT AZ license preferred ABOUT THE FACILITY Our Hospital takes pride in providing high quality, efficient and cost effective services, 24 hours a day.
