Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,501 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/17/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Night rotating shifts Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30; 19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience; Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel assignments License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand Certifications: American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required; Required certifications must be active Must-Have: Must work at least every other holiday; ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment are required during orientation Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. The role requires candidates to have at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments.

A permanent Ohio license or a compact state license is required at the time of submission. Candidates must have current certifications in American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, which cannot be pending. The candidate is expected to work every other holiday.

During the orientation, the ECG rhythm recognition test and the safeMedicate assessment will be completed, and an acceptable score on both assessments is necessary. Shifts may be variable to meet the operational needs of the facility. The facility will endeavor to honor the traveler's preferred shift but reserves the right to rotate as necessary.
