Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,633 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience required License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS & ACLS in hand at time of submission Must-Have: - Previous travel experience preferred - Every other weekend required - Float required - BLS & ACLS needed Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience.
Previous travel nursing experience is preferred. Every other weekend shift is required. Floating to other medical surgical/telemetry units is required.
BLS and ACLS certifications must be presented at the time of submission. The patient ratio on days is 6:1. Potential applicants must have experience with Epic charting system.
Charge experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Experience in community hospital settings is favored. Preferred experience includes working in long-term acute care and trauma centers.
Travel experience is required. Skills include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and management of various patient care procedures. Candidates should have a strong background in general medical/surgical acute care.
The unit supports interdisciplinary services including physical therapy, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy. The patient demographics include adults and geriatrics. This position may involve the care of patients undergoing various medical procedures, with an emphasis on general medical/surgical needs.
Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical competencies and teamwork abilities.
