Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel AUTO OFFER – Travel RN – Medical/Surgical (DAYS) Location: Santa Fe NM Pay: $2,198/week Start Date: April 6, 2026 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift Details: Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Hours: 36 Position Summary: The Registered Nurse is a clinical practitioner who coordinates and implements patient care on the assigned medical/surgical unit. Ensures quality, safe, and efficient care consistent with unit standards.

Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and respect for staff, physicians, patients, and families. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care for Med/Surg patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care interventions Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed Document patient care accurately and timely Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Requirements: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license BLS Certification from the American Heart Association Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience Strong communication skills and knowledge of patient care best practices Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
