Job Title: Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health Location: StoneSprings Hospital Center – Dulles, VA Position Type: Permanent (Contingent) Schedule: Full-Time, Days (No Weekends) Compensation: $100,000 – $145,000 annually (based on experience) Relocation Assistance: Available (HR approved) Position Summary The Nurse Manager of Behavioral Health is responsible for the daily operations of the Behavioral Health Nursing Department within an acute care setting. This leader ensures safe, high-quality patient care through effective management of staff, collaboration with House Supervisors and Charge Nurses, and oversight of clinical and operational workflows.

The Nurse Manager will drive patient safety initiatives, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes while fostering a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.
