This leader ensures safe, high-quality patient care through effective management of staff, collaboration with House Supervisors and Charge Nurses, and oversight of clinical and operational workflows.

The Nurse Manager will drive patient safety initiatives, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes while fostering a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.
