Job Description
Travel Nurse - BC Employer: Bayshore HealthCare Location: Remote Northern Communities (BC) Pay: $40-64 per hour, plus per‑diem and additional benefits. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Mental Health Nurses (MHN), and Nurse Practitioners (NP) with at least 18 months of experience to join our travel nursing team. Short‑term assignments are available in Emergency, Obstetrics, Dialysis, Psychiatry, Mental Health Units, NICU, LTC, and Health Centres.

Duties & Responsibilities Adapt quickly to new clinical environments, workflows, documentation systems, and facility expectations. Provide safe, compassionate, culturally sensitive, evidence‑based nursing care in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
Develop and implement patient‑centered care plans in partnership with the interdisciplinary team. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, facility staff, and agency representatives. Maintain flexibility with scheduling, assignments, and travel requirements, including remote or high‑need locations.
Candidate Requirements Current registration as an RN, LPN, MHN, or NP with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Minimum 18 months of experience in the respective role. Current and valid CPR/BLS certification.
ACLS and CTAS preferred for ER work. Only selected candidates will be contacted for the next stage of recruitment.
