Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Burlington, NC Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,520 to $1,680 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $38.00 - $42.00/Hourly. Summary: The OR Technician (Surgical Tech) assists surgeons, nurses, and the surgical team before, during, and after surgical procedures. This role focuses on maintaining a sterile environment, preparing instruments and supplies, and ensuring the operating room runs efficiently to support safe patient care.

Responsibilities: Prepare the operating room (OR) with surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies. Ensure proper sterilization and aseptic techniques are followed. Assist during surgeries by passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon (scrub role).

Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures. Perform surgical counts (instruments, sponges, needles) to prevent retained items. Prepare and drape patients for surgery.

Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year experience Required, Will accept either NCCT or NBSTSA. Strongly preferred, not required. Epic experience Required, BLS Certification, Certified Surgical Technologist.
