Job Description Job Description Operations Manager Houston, TX | Full-Time | Transportation & Logistics Happymile Logistics is seeking an experienced Transportation Operations Manager to lead daily trucking and driver operations for our growing Houston-based fleet What You'll Do Manage day-to-day transportation, dispatch, and fleet operations Supervise CDL drivers, driver scheduling, load planning, and route coordination Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain drivers Monitor HOS, ELDs, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and safety performance Improve fleet utilization, operational efficiency, and on-time service Resolve driver, customer, and service-related issues in a fast-paced environment Partner with leadership to support operational growth and performance What We're Looking For 10-15 years of General Freight, logistics, transportation, or operations experience Experience managing CDL drivers and transportation/fleet operations in a trucking environment required Reefer and Dry Van experience Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with dispatch systems, ELDs, and transportation software preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Happymile?
