TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT – JOB DESCRIPTIONS 1. Executive Job Title: Executive Job Code: Department: Transportation Reporting to: Senior Manager Location: Kochi HO Role Summary: The Executive supports day-to-day tour execution by coordinating guest arrivals, meet & greet services, transport arrangements, and operational documentation to ensure smooth travel experiences. Key Responsibilities ∙ Coordinate airport, railway station, and hotel Meet & Greet services. ∙ Welcome guests and ensure smooth arrival handling. ∙ Arrange and distribute welcome gift hampers. ∙ Assist guests with immediate travel requirements. ∙ Prepare arrival/departure trackers and guest movement sheets. ∙ Share confirmed itineraries with transport vendors. ∙ Coordinate driver allocation and communicate driver details. ∙ Support group departures as Tour Coordinator when required. ∙ Maintain petty cash records and operational expense tracking. ∙ Procure materials required for welcome hampers. ∙ Maintain documentation and operational records.

Qualifications ∙ Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration. ∙ 0–3 years’ experience in travel operations or hospitality.
