Job Description

About the Role We are building out an enterprise-level change management and value realization capability and are looking for a Transformation Lead to join a high-impact, growing team. This is not a traditional organizational change management role. We are looking for strategic thinkers who can operate as internal consultants, drive clarity on program outcomes, and design the change strategies that turn ambiguous visions into measurable value.

You will report into the Transformation Management Office and be embedded with program and project owners across the organization, helping them define what success looks like, building change and adoption plans to get there, and overseeing execution. You will manage and influence across multiple concurrent programs, working cross-functionally with business units, project teams, and senior stakeholders. We don’t believe one methodology wins every time—we want someone who can read the room, meet stakeholders where they are, and pull from a diverse set of tools and experiences.

If you thrive in ambiguity, love bringing structure to chaos, and are energized by working across a complex organization, this role is for you. What You’ll Do ∙ Partner with program and project owners as a strategic advisor to clarify objectives, define success metrics, and establish OKRs and KPIs that anchor change plans to real outcomes ∙ Conduct organizational change readiness assessments to diagnose stakeholder impact, adoption risks, and organizational capacity ∙ Design comprehensive change and adoption plans tailored to each program’s scope, culture, and complexity ∙ Oversee and guide execution of change interventions and adoption tactics ∙ Support the enterprise-wide operationalization of OKRs across major programs ∙ Identify gaps where project teams lack clarity on what they are delivering and help bridge those gaps through structured facilitation and planning ∙ Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, program owners, and senior leadership to align change strategies with organizational priorities What We’re Looking For ∙ 7+ years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting or strategic advisory ∙ Proven track record of owning the definition of OKRs, KPIs, and measurable goals in a program or project context—not just exposure, but accountability for outcomes ∙ Experience designing execution plans and seeing them through to results ∙ Ability to lead and coach junior team members and influence without direct authority ∙ Demonstrated ability to manage and influence across multiple concurrent programs in a complex, cross-functional environment ∙ Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the path forward isn’t always clear ∙ Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills ∙ A versatile toolkit — you may have training or experience across a range of disciplines: organizational change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP), executive or leadership coaching (e.g., ICF-accredited programs), agile and delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), design thinking, or management consulting methodologies. We don’t require any specific certification—what matters is that you know when and how to deploy the right approach for the situation.
