Transaction Financing Manager

Job Description This position requires in-person collaboration up to five days a week. This arrangement is subject to change based on business requirements. Overview of role The Transaction Financing Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of fleet transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all stages of the transaction lifecycle.

This role combines operational leadership, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination to support successful transaction outcomes and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end fleet transaction lifecycle, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives. Review and validate financial analysis to ensure accuracy, sound assumptions, and alignment with business requirements and internal policies.

Support and lead negotiations for complex transactions, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes. Act as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations), ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely decision-making. Track transaction progress, monitor key milestones, and proactively identify risks, delays, or issues requiring escalation.

Provide regular reporting on transaction status, performance metrics, and key outcomes to management and stakeholders. Review and validate transaction documentation and agreements to ensure accuracy and consistency with approved terms. Partner with internal teams to support seamless implementation and ensure all downstream impacts are effectively managed.

Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process. Identify opportunities to improve transaction workflows, including streamlining processes, enhancing standardization, and supporting automation initiatives. Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of transaction management.

Experience and Qualifications Experience managing complex transactions in fleet, leasing, finance, or a related industry. Strong financial acumen with the ability to review and interpret financial models and analyses. Experience supporting or leading negotiations and managing multiple stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of contract review, governance, and compliance practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
