Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in‑class transaction execution management for credit products, including Trade and Working Capital (T&W C) and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) clients, with end‑to‑end oversight of deal execution and closing process.
  • Review conditions precedent and escalate when needed; coordinate closing activities with internal and external parties to ensure all execution related internal approvals are in place for timely completion.
  • Liaise with internal and external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation.
  • Draw on expertise to suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers, Trade Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc.), ensuring timely engagement and resolution.
  • Manage controls framework, reporting, and escalation for transaction execution.
  • Provide support in post‑closing deal activities, including coordinating outstanding deliverables and documentation updates.
  • Actively contribute to Credit Product Delivery wider projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen risk and control outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively across time zones and regions, scheduling and communicating proactively to meet global stakeholder and client needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of Loan and Traditional Trade products and documentation, including bilateral and syndicated loan documentation.
  • Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management, credit products, and banking processes.
  • Ability to identify problems and elevate these promptly; documentation knowledge and interpretation of key clauses.
  • Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset.
  • Good organization skills, ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact professionally and confidently with the Front Office globally.
  • Confident, self‑starter, assertive, and energetic; sets high standards of performance for self.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
  • English and Spanish fluency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or Law.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective systems adoption and responsible use of AI tools, demonstrating integrity and adherence to controls.
  • Preferred language skills: Portuguese.
