Job Title: Training Administrator/Coordinator III - Marketing
Location: Onsite, Grimsby, ON
Duration: September 1, 2026 - October 31, 2028
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week
Positions Available: 1 (up to 3 candidates may be submitted)
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Training Administrator/Coordinator III - Marketing to provide administrative, technical, and operational support for training initiatives and learning programs. This role combines training coordination, virtual studio technical support, Learning Management System (LMS) administration, and general administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting internal teams, external business partners, and training participants.
Bilingual English/French candidates are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Administrative Support
- Coordinate and support training programs and related activities.
- Administer and maintain web-based learning and training systems.
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and user support.
- Coordinate training logistics, facilities, equipment, and training materials.
- Support virtual training sessions and provide virtual studio technical assistance.
- Maintain training records, databases, and departmental systems.
Documentation & Reporting
- Create, update, and maintain Microsoft Office documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.
- Develop and manage document control and filing systems.
- Gather, analyze, and summarize data for reports and presentations.
- Produce accurate reports using information from multiple sources.
Operational & Relationship Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support while following established processes and procedures.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
- Support departmental projects and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling proprietary company and partner information.
Planning & Organization
- Prioritize and organize workload independently.
- Manage schedules and workflow to ensure higher-priority tasks are completed efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong numerical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Technical Experience
- Experience supporting training programs or learning initiatives
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset
- Experience providing virtual meeting or studio technical support is preferred
- Experience managing databases, reports, and electronic documentation
Education
- Upper Secondary School Diploma (required)
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Training, or a related field is considered an asset
Experience
- 13 months to 3 years of relevant experience working independently in an administrative, training coordination, or marketing support role
- Experience supporting training, learning programs, or educational initiatives preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience supporting virtual learning environments
- Experience working with training technologies and learning platforms
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
