As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will support clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care while working towards a recognised Dental Nursing qualification. Role Summary As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will support clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care while working towards a recognised Dental Nursing qualification. Under supervision, you will contribute to safe, compliant clinical practice and an excellent patient experience. This role is a key development position within the practice. Key Responsibilities Support clinicians with chairside assistance during dental procedures Prepare, maintain and decontaminate treatment rooms and equipment under supervision, in line with HTM 01-05 and infection prevention and control standards Support patient comfort, reassurance and clear communication Assist with clinical notes, administrative tasks and record keeping Contribute to compliance with practice policies, procedures and standards Provide support with non-clinical and administrative front-of-house activities when required About You Motivated to learn and develop within dental nursing Strong communication and teamwork skills Organised with basic IT competence Enrolled on, or willing to enrol on, a recognised Dental Nursing qualification (NEBDN or equivalent) What We Offer Full training, supervision and clinical mentorship Support towards Dental Nursing qualification Opportunity to progress to full-time based on performance and business needs Paid holiday entitlement and pension scheme Interested?
