What You Will Be Working On

You'll report to the Branch Manager and work as part of a small, collaborative team where your contributions directly impact branch performance and customer satisfaction. This is a role where your ability to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently and provide trade customers with exceptional customer service will be recognised and rewarded.

On any given day, you'll be:

• Picking and packing orders
• Wrapping orders for freight
• Preparing orders for collection
• Receiving stock and storing
• Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse and showrooms

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

You're someone who can multitask in a fast paced environment. You genuinely enjoy assisting customers and pride yourself on ensuring you contribute to the efficiency of the warehouse operations.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Prior warehouse experience essential
• Exposure to customer service, trade sales highly regarded
• Proactive nature to manage warehouse peaks
• Computer literacy including Outlook, internet, and ability to learn CRM systems quickly
• Trade background or exposure to the construction/coatings industry advantageous (comprehensive product training provided)
• Forklift licence preferred but we can support you in obtaining a licence
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Enthusiastic and helpful nature, strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a small team
