Testing and commissioning Engineer for KSA - Saudi Arabia Location ( BSP -380 KV Substations

Responsibilities Conduct testing and commissioning of transmission substations (13.8kV, 33kV, 110kV, 115kV, 132kV and 380kV). Perform technical supervision and site coordination for electrical projects. Analyze electrical systems, designs, and components, and prepare drawings and Testing schedules. Ensure compliance with local utility standards and international regulations. Supervise site technicians and ensure adherence to project schedules. Conduct walk downs to validate commissioning turnover acceptance. Provide technical instruction and mentoring regarding substation systems and electrical power systems. Liaise with local utility organizations to meet requirements. Report progress and findings to the T&C Manager.

Ability to work in high-voltage environments and ensure operational safety.
