Test Manager

Lisbon, Portugal | Hybrid – Three days onsite per week | ASAP start | Long-term

We are supporting a global consultancy seeking an experienced Test Programme Manager to lead testing across a complex transformation programme.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Own the test strategy, planning and governance

• Manage testing teams and programme delivery

• Coordinate business users, developers, testers, brands and senior stakeholders

• Monitor testing progress, risks, issues and dependencies

• Provide clear stakeholder reporting and communication

Required experience:

• Extensive Test Management or Test Programme Management experience

• Proven ownership of SIT and UAT across large programmes

• Strong team leadership, governance and stakeholder-management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon three days per week

Experience with SAP ERP, SAP CRM, Zephyr Enterprise or Fluent Commerce OMS would be advantageous.
