About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Test Manager to support our brands on their digital transformation journey. You’ll lead Quality Assurance initiatives within the Client & Market domain — encompassing Retail, Wholesale, ECommerce, Client Engagement, Order Management systems, and more.

Working in a truly global environment with distributed teams across countries and time zones, you’ll collaborate closely with Program Managers, business stakeholders, developers, testers, and brand teams. You’ll define testing strategies, drive integrated testing, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement robust Test Strategies and Test Plans aligned with release cycles and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end integrated testing, including coordination of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing).
• Coordinate effectively with brands, users, development teams, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage test execution, defect triage, reporting, QA metrics, and risk escalation.
• Champion quality throughout the program lifecycle — from planning and milestones to successful cutovers and go-lives.
• Contribute to our QA Community of Practice by sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Recognize opportunities for test automation and regression efficiency.

What You Bring (Mandatory)

• 5–10 years of experience in integrated Test Management in international contexts.
• Proven expertise in coordination of UAT and SIT.
• Excellent communication skills and excellent coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate with brands and various stakeholders (users, dev teams, testers, etc.).
• Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, plus experience in Retail and/or E-Commerce domains.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities in a multicultural environment.
• SAP ERP, SAP CRM
• OMS Fluent Commerce
• Prior experience in Luxury industry, system integration, or data migration projects.
• Development background and familiarity with JIRA / SAP environments.
