We’re looking for a Test Laboratory Technician to help validate and integrate the systems that keep rail networks running safely and reliably. This is hands‑on work at the heart of innovation, where hardware, software, and signalling technologies come together in a critical testing environment.

Your role, your impact

- Perform hardware and software integration tests and technical verifications based on project requirements

- Prepare test procedures, scenarios and documentation for signalling laboratory activities

- Deploy and manage test environments to support integration, development and validation activities

- Support subsystem integration, third‑party solutions and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)

- Ensure calibration, maintenance and compliance of laboratory equipment and measurement tools

- Analyse test results, prepare reports, troubleshoot issues and report failures or risks

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, validation and operations - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

- Experience in testing, laboratory activities or technical validation environments

- Knowledge of hardware/software integration and measurement equipment

- Ability to analyse results, troubleshoot technical issues and maintain accurate documentation

- Awareness of EHS requirements and quality standards

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Timely execution of test programs in line with laboratory requirements

- Quality and accuracy of test reports and documentation

- Traceability and reliability of test conditions and measurements

- Contribution to laboratory efficiency, safety and continuous improvement
