We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead commercial growth within an assigned territory by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving ambitious sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets and drive sustainable business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitors.
- Lead and support the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Manage sales activity through CRM and prepare accurate reports.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and deliver excellent customer service.
- Represent the COMPAC® brand and ensure compliance with company policies and values.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and developing commercial strategies.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and analysing sales performance.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish at B2 level is an advantage.
