Territory Manager

Position: Trade Marketing – Regional

Experience: 4–8 Years

Industry: FMCG / Dairy / Cold Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional trade marketing initiatives aligned with sales and business objectives.
• Develop and execute trade promotions, market activations, and visibility initiatives.
• Work closely with sales teams to improve market execution and business growth.
• Analyze sales, market, and channel data to identify opportunities and track ROI.
• Prepare business presentations, reports, and dashboards for management review.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of trade marketing plans.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Sales / Category / Channel Marketing within FMCG, preferably Dairy/Cold Chain.
• Experience in a corporate environment with strong business and commercial exposure.
• Strong Excel Macros, Presentation and data analysis skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills. ( Tamil Mandatory )
• Candidates with strong sales understanding and market execution experience are preferred.
