Job Description
Position: Trade Marketing – Regional
Experience: 4–8 Years
Industry: FMCG / Dairy / Cold Chain
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional trade marketing initiatives aligned with sales and business objectives.
- Develop and execute trade promotions, market activations, and visibility initiatives.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve market execution and business growth.
- Analyze sales, market, and channel data to identify opportunities and track ROI.
- Prepare business presentations, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of trade marketing plans.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Sales / Category / Channel Marketing within FMCG, preferably Dairy/Cold Chain.
- Experience in a corporate environment with strong business and commercial exposure.
- Strong Excel Macros, Presentation and data analysis skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills. ( Tamil Mandatory )
- Candidates with strong sales understanding and market execution experience are preferred.
