This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution

The Scope: You will take full accountability for the entire site blueprint—from warehouse layout readiness and inventory intake to high-velocity e-commerce outbound dispatch—while ensuring strict compliance with the Madrid Logistics Collective Agreement (Convenio Colecti vo) and regional labor standard
