A lovely family based in Northstowe are seeking an experienced temporary live in nanny to care for their 4-year-old twins for a short-term placement beginning in mid to late November. This is a fantastic opportunity for a warm, energetic and organised nanny who enjoys caring for young children and can confidently manage their daily routines while providing a fun and nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience caring for children of a similar age, be confident working independently and enjoy planning engaging activities to support the children’s development. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.

Duties include:

• providing attentive and nurturing care for the twins
• supporting the children’s daily routines and encouraging independence
• planning fun, educational and age-appropriate activities
• preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• assisting with morning, mealtime and bedtime routines
• supporting early learning through play and creative activities
• taking the children on outings and local adventures when appropriate
• keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy and organised
• washing and caring for the children’s clothing
• preparing school or nursery items if required
• maintaining open communication with the parents regarding the children’s wellbeing and progress
• ensuring the children’s safety, happiness and wellbeing at all times

Requirements:

• Paediatric First Aid
• Enhanced DBS
• UK work permit
